Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Location Assistant in Atlanta to support day-to-day parking operations and client relations. You will ensure contractual compliance and supervise frontline staff while maintaining a professional image at the location.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least six months of parking experience, and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months parking experience preferred.
• Shift availability may vary by location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Support customer interactions and promote professional image.
• Assist in supervising frontline staff and preparing month-end reports.
• Handle deposits, cash handling, and scheduling of staff.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas and local landmarks.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations to Facility Manager.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and minor repairs.
