SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Location Attendant in Manhattan to support daily parking operations, ensure compliance with contractual guidelines, and uphold a professional image for clients and customers.

The role involves supervising staff, handling cashier duties, preparing reports, and assisting with maintenance tasks. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends, is required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Graduate; parking experience preferred (6 months).
• Availability to work varying shifts; may require 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise frontline staff and ensure completion of daily closing reports and cash handling.
• Prepare month-end reports and assist with budget preparation.
