Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company in Richmond, VA, is hiring a Location Associate to support daily parking operations at our client sites. You will assist in management of locations, help with customer service, safety, and maintenance tasks, and ensure compliance with policy across shifts.

Strong communication, reliability, and a valid driver’s license are required. On-site role with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn parking operations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location.
• Support client relations and professional image.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment.
• Report incidents and safety hazards to supervisor.
