Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a location support role in Atlanta to assist day-to-day parking operations and uphold contractual guidelines. You will help maintain a professional image for clients and support operations at the location.

Responsibilities include supervising frontline staff, processing reports and deposits, scheduling, and assisting with maintenance and safety compliance. A high school diploma and parking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements; 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.
• Customer Service: Strong customer orientation and positive attitude; courteous and professional.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the development of property level financial and operational goals.
• Assist in day-to-day activities including customer interaction, supervising closing reports, deposits, scheduling staff, and training frontline staff.
• Assist customers by answering questions and providing information.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Know all areas of the garage and major streets near the location.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
