Job summary

The Assistant Operations Manager will support day-to-day location management, supervise staff, handle customer questions, and help maintain safety and operations in accordance with standards. A high school diploma, valid driver''s license, and strong communication skills are required; weekend/second/third shift availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work varying shifts including weekends may be required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver''s license with current address.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location within contractual guidelines.
• Develop property-level financial and operational goals.
• Schedule staff and supervise frontline personnel; prepare month-end reports.
• Process bank deposits and audit cashier shift reports.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas and local streets/landmarks.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
