Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a location assistant to support daily parking operations and client relations. You will help supervise staff, prepare reports, process deposits, and assist in budgeting while maintaining a professional image.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months of parking experience, with willingness to work various shifts and weekends as needed. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.
• Customer Service: Have a strong customer orientation and positive attitude; courteous and professional.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
• Physical Demands: Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location ensuring operations are within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing day-to-day activities including staffing, reports, deposits, and budgets.
• Courteously assist customers by answering questions and providing service.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
