Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for our Miami location to help oversee daily parking operations and maintain contract compliance. You will work closely with the Facility Manager to supervise frontline staff, handle banking tasks, and ensure excellent client service.

The role requires a high school diploma, up to six months of parking experience, and a valid driver’s license. Special shifts may apply, with potential weekend work depending on location needs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required.
• Minimum six months of parking experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned location following contractual guidelines.
• Schedule staff and supervise frontline team (cashiers, attendants, porters).
• Prepare month-end reports and audit daily cashier shift reports.
• Process bank deposits and manage time cards; assist in budgeting.
• Respond to customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Assist in maintenance/repair tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Develop knowledge of all areas of the garage and key local routes.
• Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
