Qualifications

• Interpret and apply campus parking policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate offices.
• Show good problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform front office duties: permit sales, citation payments, NOVACard issuance, cash drawer reconciliation, and general customer support.
• Manage Print Services: refill paper, toner, staples; troubleshoot jams.
• Monitor SmarterTrack tickets; escalate to Tier 2 as needed.
• Enforce parking rules: check areas, issue citations, maintain equipment.
• Operate a state enforcement vehicle during duties.
