Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Parking Support Technician in Reston, VA to assist the team with diverse parking site operations, including both manned and unmanned locations. You will process transactions, support customers, and help manage the contract parker program while ensuring safety and brand standards are upheld.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in service industry preferred; parking setting experience helpful.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Process exception transactions per policy and complete the required forms.
• Use Microsoft Office and parking software to track transactions and generate reports.
• Maintain knowledge of automated parking equipment and access control systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and coordinate with technical support as needed.
• Deliver quality customer interactions and resolve issues per brand standards.
• Oversee contract parker program including onboarding, billing accuracy, and collections.
• Respond to escalated concerns and document resolutions.
• Ensure site safety procedures are observed and report maintenance needs to the Property Manager.
• Complete daily facility activity and incident reports.
• Open, manage, and close the facility operations daily.
