Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Office.
• Parking management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team at location(s).
• Schedule and direct on-site activities.
• Oversee payroll sign-off and wage/hour compliance.
• Open and open new locations as needed.
• Develop client relationships and retention.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports.
