Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking staff to assist in daily parking location management and customer service. You will help uphold contractual guidelines, support maintenance tasks, and promote a professional image at the site.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
• Clear spoken communication and ability to read and interpret information.
• Commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environment and schedule.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines.
• Foster client relations and promote a professional image.
• Provide courteous customer service and support maintenance tasks as directed.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Know all areas of the garage and major streets in the location.
• Complete other duties as needed.
