Qualifications

• High School Graduate; parking experience preferred (6+ months).
• Valid driver's license with current address and clean record.

• Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the development of property level financial and operational goals.
• Assist in day-to-day activities including customer interaction, scheduling staff, preparing reports, and budget preparation.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and general upkeep of the garage.
• Have thorough knowledge of garage areas and local landmarks.
• Support the Facility Manager as needed.
