Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks an associate to assist in daily parking location management. Responsibilities include ensuring operations comply with contractual guidelines, promoting professional image, and supporting client relations.

The role requires minimal high school education and customer-service skills, with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and lift up to 25 pounds. Salary offered at $16.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training.
• Oral communication skills: speaks clearly, listens, asks clarifications.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly and informatively.
• Customer service mindset with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location, ensuring operations follow contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day activities of the assigned locations and with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Groundskeeping, debris cleanup, and other tasks as needed.
• Substitute for any position if necessary.
• Have thorough knowledge of garage areas and local streets/landmarks.
• Complete other duties as needed.
