Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or high aptitude for technology.
• Availability to work second/third shifts and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitates the flow of traffic.
• Assists customers in making payment to automated revenue control equipment.
• Delivers a professional and friendly customer experience.
• Manages day-to-day activities at the location and assists with audits as needed.
• Answers customer questions and resolves complaints with supervisor support when needed.
