Qualifications

• High School graduate with flexibility for different shifts.
• A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and exercise sound judgment.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Support programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Help develop property-level financial and operational goals.
• Oversee daily activities: customer interaction, cash handling, staffing, and month-end reports.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Know garage areas, landmarks, and major routes within the location.
