Job summary

SP+ in Atlanta is hiring for a maintenance associate responsible for cleaning parking garages and other facilities using pressure washing equipment. You will load, operate, and maintain equipment, mix chemicals, and ensure safe, EPA-compliant cleanup across sites.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. You will follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and report equipment needs daily to sustain service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to run pressure washing equipment (hot/cold).
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load and affix pressure washing equipment to truck.
• Wash floors, walls, stairs, pavements and garages with hoses and spray guns.
• Ensure EPA compliance when disposing wastewater.
• Maintain equipment and provide quality service on all jobs.
• Wear appropriate safety gear and maintain neat appearance.
• Perform seasonal landscaping or snow removal if required.
