Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Facility Maintenance Attendant to perform maintenance, cleaning and basic repairs for a parking garage environment. The role involves customer interface, safety compliance and keeping the facility in top condition during shifts.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends. Physical stamina is essential to perform duties and assist guests.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License: valid state-issued driver's license, with address and acceptable driving record, if driving company vehicle.
• Availability to work: may require 3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to remove dirt, dust and debris.
• Walk garage daily to note and correct maintenance problems.
• Maintain a neat, clean facility and restrooms; replace bulbs and handle basic repairs.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints with supervision when needed.
• Maintain uniforms, safety practices and report safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
