Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience running pressure washing equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete and asphalt patching for safe surfaces.
• Do light plumbing repairs and fix minor leaks.
• Paint walls, curbs, bollards, and touch-ups.
• Repair doors, locks and hardware; install signage.
• Handle carpentry, minor equipment adjustments, and signage tasks.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and snow-related duties.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and respond to service requests.
• Use hand tools and small power tools safely.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
