Job summary

The position requires the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and to maintain equipment and cleanliness across all areas. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and be able to work 3rd shift or weekends if required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to perform facility maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Driver's license required with valid address and clean driving record.
• Availability for 3rd shift and/or weekends may be needed.
• Strong English reading/writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as listed in site checklists to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk the garage daily to identify maintenance needs and address issues.
• Replace bulbs and perform minor repairs as directed by supervisor.
• Report safety hazards and repair needs to Facility Manager in a timely manner.
• Assist customers inside the facility and handle inquiries as needed.
