Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washers, scrubbers, and power washers to clean parking garages and sites.
• Load and attach cleaning equipment to vehicle; prepare hoses and spray devices.
• Wash floors, walls, stairs, and surfaces; ensure hoses not tangled and jobs finish efficiently.
• Dispose of wastewater according to EPA guidelines; maintain equipment.
• Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on equipment and vehicles.
• Wear required safety gear at all times; assist with seasonal landscaping or snow removal when needed.
