Strong safety awareness and hands-on repair ability are essential for keeping facilities running smoothly. The role requires a high school diploma, basic MS Office skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of maintenance areas; ability to perform general repair and cleaning maintenance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and drive as needed.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance & repair tasks.
• Supervise day/evening maintenance crew and ensure completion of work orders.
• Assist with scheduling, timecards, and project oversight.
• Lead safety programs and monitor environmental and governance standards.
• Report accidents or hazards to General Manager, Maintenance Services.
• Perform site inspections and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
