Job summary

SP+ in Lakewood, OH is seeking a facility maintenance associate to support daily cleaning, safety checks, and customer interactions at the garage. You will follow checklists, perform light maintenance, and help keep entrances, exits and offices neat and safe.

No prior maintenance experience is required; a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Training will be provided, and you’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address.
• Language/Communication: English reading/writing required.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists and supervisor directions.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance problems and address them.
• Sweep entrances, clean rails, and maintain office/restroom areas.
• Empty trashcans and maintain janitorial supplies inventory.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs as directed by supervisor.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations promptly.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor help.
• Cover cashier/attendant duties when needed.
