The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for third shift or weekend work as needed. You will collaborate with supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and clean record.
• Availability: May require 3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location.
• Language: Clear spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness of facilities and holding lot amenities.
• Maintain grounds: snow clearance, trimming, sanding or salting as needed.
• Identify minor facility repairs and report to supervisor.
• Assist coworkers and customers courteously; perform other duties as assigned.
