Job summary

We are seeking an Enforcement Officer to monitor parking areas, interact with the public, and enforce policies while coordinating with maintenance and events staff in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

The role requires independent work, strong judgment, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local geography and parking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor streets, lots, garages, and campuses to enforce parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, building locations and parking policies.
• Issue citations and warnings; impound, boot or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Work independently with sound judgment and diplomacy.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment and facility upkeep.
• Assist in collecting revenues from meters and pay displays.
• Assist event staff with parking for events.
• Assist in permit sales data entry and frontline service.
• Other related duties as assigned.
