Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis Company) is hiring a Parking Enforcement Officer in the US. You will monitor streets and lots, ensure compliance with parking policies, and assist with customer questions and event parking needs. You’ll also issue citations or warnings and support meter and permit operations.

This role requires independent judgment, good customer service, and the ability to work in varying weather and traffic conditions. Weekends and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.
• Knowledge of area geography and safety precautions.
• Ability to use a handheld computer and drive a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor streets, lots, garages and campuses for policy compliance.
• Provide customer service regarding directions, events, and parking rules.
• Issue citations or warnings for non-compliance; impound or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist with parking equipment maintenance and data entry for permit sales.
• Support event staff with parking logistics and lot usage control.
