Qualifications

• One (1) year of supervisory experience in customer service.
• This position is designated Essential and may be required to report to work during city closures.
• Educational/experience note: knowledge equivalent to four years of high school or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and assigns daily patrol routes and schedules.
• Establishes performance standards and mentors staff.
• Interprets parking codes and enforces regulations with professional service.
• Maintains operational logs and reports for leadership and inquiries.
• Responds to public inquiries and service complaints promptly.
