Formación

• One (1) year of experience in a supervisory position in customer service.
• This position is designated as Essential and may be required to report to work during City closures due to inclement weather and other emergencies.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in code enforcement, regulatory oversight, parking enforcement, or a closely related municipal field, including at least 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, and assigns daily patrol routes and schedules to ensure field coverage.
• Establishes performance standards, trains, evaluates, and mentors staff, and administers disciplinary actions.
• Researches, interprets, and enforces local parking codes and state vehicle laws; conducts foot and vehicle patrols to issue warnings and citations.
• Compiles, analyzes, and maintains operational logs and reports for leadership inquiries.
• Responds to and resolves public inquiries and service complaints in a timely manner.
• Communicates maintenance needs and street issues to relevant municipal departments to support safety.
• Manages administrative hearing and court schedules; coordinates citation documentation and reminders.
• Directs field response during city vehicle incidents, ensuring on-scene reporting and risk management compliance.
