Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to patrol lots, issue citations, and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. The role requires standing, outdoor work, and the ability to operate revenue control equipment and perform basic reporting.

Flexible shifts with weekends required and incentives available. Applicants must be 18+, pass a background check and drug screen, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate revenue control equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce lots by issuing citations per guidelines for non-paid or expired parkers.
• Manage lot signage, repair and install signs as needed.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and report violations and citations.
• Prepare reports and filing paperwork related to violations and citations.
• Seasonal tasks including snow removal and outdoor work in all weather.
