Job summary

Towne Towne is hiring a Lot Attendant to provide outstanding hospitality while managing revenue and parking operations. You will greet guests, direct inquiries, and help park or retrieve vehicles with care and efficiency. This role emphasizes accurate cash handling, shift reporting, and adherence to Towne Park policies.

Experience with cash registers and basic computer tasks is preferred. You must be at least 18, hold a valid license, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service foundation and the ability to communicate clearly with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and vehicle access as needed.
• Record and reconcile revenue, issue receipts, and complete shift reports accurately.
• Stack and retrieve vehicles safely; manage keys and guest folios per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of daily events and rates to ensure correct charges.
