Job summary

Towne Park, LLC is hiring a Parking Enforcement Attendant. You will provide friendly customer service, patrol lots, issue citations, and maintain signage. The role includes seasonal snow duties and reports on violations, with a flexible schedule offering full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and pass background/drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Patrol lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce parking rules by issuing citations per guidelines.
• Manage and repair lot signage as needed.
• Keep lot clean; perform general maintenance.
• Troubleshoot meters and revenue equipment when applicable.
• Prepare reports on violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Seasonal tasks including snow removal and salting.
