Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant for part-time weekend shifts. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while patrolling lots, issuing citations obeying guidelines, and maintaining equipment and signage.

The position requires 18+ years old, background check and drug screen, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Compensations include insurance options and a 401k; typical duties include report filing and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Licensure/Background: Must be 18+, pass background check and drug screen; valid driver's license and clean record.
• Experience: 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge & Skills: Excellent customer service; operate revenue control equipment; facility upkeep; quick math; good written/verbal skills; outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Patrol lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce lots by issuing citations according to guidelines.
• Manage lot signage and maintenance.
• Keep the lot clean and in good condition.
• Troubleshoot parking meters/equipment when applicable.
• Prepare reports and file paperwork on violations.
• Ensure compliance with laws.
• Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
