Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is hiring a Parking Enforcement Attendant in Wilmington, NC. You will patrol lots, issue citations, and assist guests while maintaining equipment and reporting violations. The role requires standing long hours, outdoor work, and the ability to operate a vehicle.

We offer an hourly base pay of $15-$17 plus incentives, weekend shifts, and benefits including a 401k retirement plan and various insurances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Patrol lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Issue citations for violations per guidelines.
• Manage lot signage and perform general lot maintenance.
• Keep lots clean and operating revenue equipment; troubleshoot meters.
• Prepare reports and file paperwork on violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Seasonal snow removal duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
