Job summary

Towne Park LLC seeks a Lot Attendant to reconcile revenue and parking reports while delivering friendly hospitality to guests. You will park and retrieve vehicles when needed and ensure keys are secured, following Towne Park standards.

You will operate cash registers and revenue equipment, and maintain accurate shift reports and guest folios. The role requires performing duties outdoors, weekends required, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must read and write standard English.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect and reconcile revenue and parking reports.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests.
• Drive and park guest vehicles as needed and retrieve them safely.
• Stack and unstack vehicles following Towne Park standards and secure keys.
• Operate and troubleshoot revenue control equipment (register, gate, POS, etc.).
• Maintain logs, shift reports, and guest folio archives for billing.
