Towne Park is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to patrol lots, enforce parking rules, and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. The role requires minimal experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to operate revenue control equipment while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain revenue control equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients.
• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Issue citations based on preapproved guidelines for non-paid or time-expired parkers.
• Manage lot signage and perform maintenance such as taking down/replacing signs.
• Ensure lot cleanliness by picking up trash and maintaining signage.
• Troubleshoot parking meters/equipment as needed.
• Prepare reports and filing regarding violations and citations.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws.
