Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to patrol lots, issue citations, operate revenue control equipment, and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screen, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather; weekends are required, and the position offers a base hourly pay of $16 with eligibility for benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• One to three months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Issue citations based on preapproved guidelines for non-paid or time-expired parkers.
• Manage lot signage and perform lot maintenance.
• Operate revenue control equipment and assist with reports and documentation.
