Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant to provide hospitality while accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports. You will greet guests, assist with directions, and ensure secure handling of keys and stacked vehicles during shifts.

The role emphasizes professional customer service, knowledge of parking operations, and the ability to operate a register and parking equipment. Abilities to drive manual transmission and follow Towne Park policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service and ability to read/write English.
• Register/Computer experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission and parallel park.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide hospitality and information.
• Stack and retrieve vehicles, secure keys, and ensure safety while moving cars.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; complete shift reports and operate POS/credit systems.
• Maintain guest folios and inventory for billing; adhere to parking policies.
