You will join as a Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, helping customers and supporting daily operations while representing a professional, friendly image. In this role you will assist with payments, ensure smooth traffic flow, and contribute to audits and site duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware or strong tech aptitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including potential weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience.
• Assist customers with payments to automated revenue equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the facility.
• Answer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
