Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Parking Concierge in Ardmore, PA. You will welcome self-parking guests, guide them to parking areas, and provide directions while ensuring accurate information and friendly service.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with equipment, processing payments, and reconciling revenues at the end of shifts, with attention to detail and professionalism. This role requires basic math, clear English communication, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General knowledge of parking garage policies.
• Must be able to read and write standard English language.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Must be able to write simple correspondence.
• Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand a multiple tiered rate system.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly greeting to self-parking guests and assist with directions.
• Explain use of equipment and assist guests with access and payment terminals.
• Collect and reconcile revenue and complete shift reports with detail and accuracy.
• Maintain courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues and follow SOPs.
