Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests and support the Account Manager on-site. You will guide bell services, assist guests with directions, and ensure parking procedures are followed with courtesy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen.
• Six months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive manual transmission.
• Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests and explain parking and retrieval procedures; park and retrieve vehicles with care.
• Provide bell services: assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; maintain knowledge of facility and rates.
