Towne Park LLC is seeking a Lot Attendant to oversee lot cleanliness, revenue capture and guest service. You will greet guests, provide directions, secure keys and manage vehicle movement while maintaining professional standards.

The role emphasizes accurate revenue reporting, safety-focused vehicle handling, and friendly guest interactions during shifts that require attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Provide information about local area and attractions; protect guest confidentiality.
• Secure keys and manage stacked vehicles; drive slowly and safely when delivering vehicles.
• Collects and reconciles revenue; completes shift reports and supports audit processes.
• Ensure lot areas are clean and free of trash; check guest entrances and lot cleanliness.
• Operate equipment such as registers, gates and POS systems as required.
