Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Parking Concierge to greet self-parking guests and assist with directions, payments, and facility information. The role emphasizes friendly guest service and accurate revenue handling.

The position requires basic English literacy, cash handling ability, and familiarity with parking operations. Schedule is open availability with standard safety guidelines in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• General knowledge of parking garage policies.
• Must be able to read and write standard English language.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Must be able to write simple correspondence.
• Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s; monetary arithmetic.
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand a multiple tiered rate system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and co-workers. Greet guests and provide directions and information.
• Assist guests with self-parking equipment and area amenities; give clear directions.
• Identify and collect revenue; complete cash drops and shift reports; reconcile revenue.
• Sort and tag tickets for audit; operate registers, gates and payment terminals; document daily events and rates.
