Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Parking Concierge to greet and assist self-parking guests with a friendly, attentive demeanor. You will guide guests, provide directions, handle payments, and ensure accurate revenue collection while maintaining exceptional guest service at the location.

General knowledge of parking garage policies and procedures

Responsibilities

Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients.
Acknowledge and greet guests immediately and address them by name when appropriate.
Assist guests with directions, facilities information and use of self-parking equipment; explain rates and payment terminals.
Identify and collect revenue; reconcile cash, complete shift reports and revenue-related paperwork.
Accurately categorize tickets for audit and provide receipts; follow standard operating procedures for cash handling.
