Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and parking services. You will assist guests with parking, vehicle retrieval, and luggage handling during arrivals and departures in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, accurate ticketing, and clear communication. Training covers policies, safety, and guest services across shifts, including AM/PM and overnight periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English; comprehend simple instructions, memos; write simple correspondence; present information clearly.
• Basic arithmetic to handle rates, time and money; understand 24-hour and military time; operate in a drive-and-park setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist guests with parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Help guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect claim checks, and manage ticket information.
• Perform duties with accuracy to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
