Job summary

SP+ Corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada seeks a parking enforcement officer to monitor streets and lots and ensure compliance with parking policies. You will interact with customers, issue citations or warnings, and support maintenance and event staff.

The role requires a valid Nevada driver’s license, the ability to work in all weather, and strong judgment and communication skills. SP+ offers a range of benefits and a stable full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods in all weather.
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
• Ability to communicate directions and policies clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated streets, lots, garages to enforce parking policies.
• Provide customer service and answer questions regarding directions and policies.
• Issue citations and warnings; impound or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance with parking equipment and meters and related tasks.
• Assist event staff with parking for events and permit sales when needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.
