SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer in Fullerton, CA to monitor streets, lots and garages and enforce parking policies. You will provide customer service, issue citations, and assist with parking equipment maintenance and event parking support.

The position requires independent judgment, the ability to walk for extended periods in all weather, and a valid state driver’s license. Shifts may vary and weekend work could be needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated streets, lots, garages and campuses to enforce parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, locations and policies.
• Issue citations and warnings; impound, boot or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment, facility upkeep and meters.
• Assist in revenue collection from parking meters and pay-on-foot systems.
• Support event parking activities including setup, traffic control and payments.
