Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a customer-focused payment attendant to help operate our parking facilities. You will greet customers, collect payments, direct traffic, and ensure a smooth entry and exit experience at the gate.

The role requires a neat appearance, reliability, ability to stand for long periods, and basic math for cash transactions. You will work outdoors in varied weather and must follow safety policies while delivering courteous service.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented, able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and giving receipts.
• Must maintain a neat, complete uniform and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service and collect payment from customers.
• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location as needed and issue tickets or receipts.
• Maintain security of cash and reconcile shift transactions.
• Provide directions and inform customers about locations in the city.
• Ensure smooth entry and exit flow at gate and report incidents as needed.
