SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Parking Attendant in Denver, CO to deliver courteous customer service, collect payments, and guide traffic at the gate.

You will direct drivers, issue receipts, monitor safety, and maintain cash-handling accuracy while following company policies. The role requires punctuality, a neat uniform, and ability to work various shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Education/experience equivalent to the listed requirements.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and memos.
• Strong cash handling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and wear a neat, clean uniform.
• Courteously assist customers and answer questions.
• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Provide directions and inform customers about city locations.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Communicate debris, spills, or hazards to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks in the area.
• Ensure successful customer interactions.
• Count starting cash at shift start and verify funds.
• Collect cash/coupons and issue receipts.
• Make change and complete cashier shift report.
