You’ll handle cash, issue receipts, and maintain security while staying aware of safety guidelines and local area knowledge. The role requires reliable attendance, neat appearance, and adaptability to shift timing, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• License to drive and clean driving record if driving a company vehicle.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends as needed.
• Neat and clean appearance and uniform required.
• Ability to perform basic math with money.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner.
• Direct customers to available parking spaces and manage flow of traffic.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash securely.
• Count cash at start of shift and reconcile shift transactions.
• Issue parking or violation tickets following garage policies.
• Provide directions and information about local areas.
