Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks an Attendant to manage parking operations, direct customers to available spaces, and ensure the lot is clean and orderly. You will assist guests, enforce policies, and support maintenance efforts on site.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 25 pounds while maintaining a neat uniform. Shift availability may include evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than high school or 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• License: valid state driver’s license if driving on company business.
• Availability: may require 2nd/3rd shift or weekends.
• Language: ability to read, write simple correspondence, present information one-on-one.
• Appearance: neat, clean, in uniform.
• Physical: stand/walk, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location.
• Write and issue violation warnings.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or in carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be on time and in uniform.
• Answer questions or refer to Facility Manager.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment.
• Report accidents or violations to Facility Manager.
• Know all garage areas and major streets.
