SP Plus Corporation, a Metropolis company, seeks a friendly cashier to deliver a smooth parking experience at entry and exit. You will handle cash, tickets, and validations while keeping the booth clean and inviting for guests.

The role emphasizes courtesy, accuracy, and steady attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate shift reports.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to customers and deliver the SP+ promise of making every moment matter.
• Be on time, in uniform, and ready to assist customers.
• Count bank revenue at the start of shift and manage cash receipts.
• Collect cash and/or validations and maintain cash security.
• Issue receipts or tickets and inform customers of charges.
• Operate the register and display transaction costs to customers.
• Provide directions and assist customers to locate locations.
• Record shift transactions and prepare daily reports of revenue.
• Address customer complaints promptly and with supervisor support when needed.
